Mayo Children’s Hospital Atrium & Lobby
Completed in the fall of 2019, this project brought us the opportunity to be incredibly creative and, as our name states, innovative. We were solicited to fabricate trees made from solid surface to be installed in the lobby of the Children’s Hospital. Using Corian Solid Surface, we etched and thermoformed the material to look and feel like trees.

MSP Airport Restrooms
Always a work in progress, Innovative has been solicited to remodel/refresh many of the restrooms within the MSP International Airport. Using Cambria Quartz, Silestone Quartz and Corian Solid Surface, we have fabricated and installed award-winning restrooms. From wall cladding with text inlays, to baby changing tables and stall paneling with a cubby for luggage, we are very proud of our work at the MSP Airport.

US Bank Stadium
In the spring and summer of 2016, Innovative partnered with a large, local GC to deliver and install surfacing for the US Bank Stadium. From restroom vanities and food service tops, to suite waterfall leg island, bar tops and drink rails, you can find our work throughout the space. Using Cambria Quartz custom colors, this large-scale project went smoothly and looks amazing!

U of MN – Health Sciences Education Center
In the Fall of 2018, Innovative fabricated and installed a variety of surfaces for our millwork partner and their client. Using Corian Solid Surface, we were able to fabricate and install this large scale, higher-education project. From a reception desk and restroom vanities, to lecture hall work surfaces with wall caps and inpatient room tops, this project included a multitude of surfacing applications.

TCF Bank Stadium
Installed in the Spring of 2011, Innovative partnered with Cambria Quartz to install surfacing in the TCF Bank Stadium. From bar tops and food service, to drink rails and restroom vanities, this was a large-scale project that was a great fit for Innovative, and turned out great.

Target North HQ Campus
Working with our valued millwork partner, Innovative was contracted to work on a large project at the Target North HQ Campus. Utilizing Corian Solid Surface, Cambria Quartz and Silestone Quartz, we fabricated and installed specialty, multi-dimensional wall cladding, transaction and food service tops, specialty benches, a large security desk, quartz clad digital turnstiles and more. This project had elements that raised the bar, and challenged Innovative to think even more, “outside-of-the-box”.

MOA – Culinary on North Food Court
During the Fall and Winter of 2015, Innovative completed this large project with the Mall of America. Using multiple surfacing products, such as Corian Solid Surface, Staron Solid Surface, Caesarstone Quartz and a natural marble, we were able to bring their project to life. There were large, canoe-shaped planters, curved, detailed trash units with designs etched into them, gorgeous waterfall leg bar height tables, food service transaction tops, restroom wash stations and vanities, and restroom placards with braille to indicate what type of restroom it was. We are very honored and proud to have been a part of this project.

Jimmy Choo
In the spring of 2015, Innovative fabricated and delivered some beautiful stone pieces to be incorporated into the store fixtures that our valued partner made for their client, Jimmy Choo. This was a high end, beautiful install using two different natural marble stones. It turned out wonderfully and the end client was very happy.

Hotel Ivy Restroom
Using Cambria Quartz, Innovative was contracted to fabricate and install beautiful, apron front, ADA Compliant restroom vanities with undermount sinks, faucets and soap dispensers, completed in the summer of 2015.

Target Center Renovation
Completed in the summer of 2016, this project brought us the opportunity to refresh the Target Center, working in step with our millwork partner. Providing Cambria on the project, we installed and delivered drink rails, bar tops, vanities, food service tops and waterfall leg islands in suites and other spaces throughout the Target Center.

OSTA – Olympus Reception Desk
In the Fall of 2014, Innovative fabricated and installed a multi-faceted, back lit reception top for our millwork partner and their client. Using Corian Solid Surface, we were able to help design, fabricate and install this beautiful, “out-of-the-box” reception desk, that makes a statement as you enter the space.

Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Community Center
In the fall of 2017, Innovative was contracted to fabricate and install a large, custom trough sink for a millwork partner and their client. Capitalizing on the design flexibility of Corian Solid Surface, Innovative was able to design and fabricate a seamless, unique, solid surface trough vanitiy that would deliver functionality, ease of maintenance, durability, and lasting beauty for the project owner.

Lindquist & Vennum
Bringing to life a client’s vision isn’t always easy, but with hard work and innovation we were able to bring that vision to life with our fabrication and installation of the surfaces at Lindquist & Vennum. In the Summer of 2016, we engineered, fabricated and installed unique, multi-faceted conference islands, vanity restroom tops and a beautiful, multi-faceted reception desk using natural marble, Cambria Quartz and Corian Solid Surface. This project was a welcomed challenge and turned out beautifully.
