Sales Account Representative – Residential Builder / Remodeler Accounts

The Residential Account Representative is responsible for the promotion and sales of products to existing customer base and new accounts with home builders and remodel firms in the residential remodeling and new construction industries.

The Residential Account Representative is responsible for the promotion and sales of products to exiting customer base and new accounts with home builders and remodel firms in the residential remodeling and new construction industries.

Responsibilities Include:

Promotion and sale of services and products offered by Innovative Surfaces, Inc., to residential new construction and remodel market segments; Service existing residential new construction and remodel customer base in greater metropolitan area; Build residential customer base with primary focus on high end / mid volume home builders and remodel firms.

Qualifications/Skills Requirements Include:

Prior outside sales experience in a related industry (minimum of 2 years); Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills; Self-motivated; exceptional inter-personal skills; Strong organizational skills; Good risk assessment and troubleshooting skills; Ability to adapt and to work with a team; Ability to read residential prints and cabinet drawings; Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office products, etc.); Have and maintain a current driver’s license with a respectable driving history

Schedule:

Monday through Friday during business hours, limited evening or weekend industry events as needed.

Other:

This is a non-commission salary position. Company vehicle provided.
